Mr. Anup brings 20 years of rich experience in banking and microfinance, having led key business, credit, and risk functions across reputed institutions. He has previously served as Business Head – Microfinance at CSB Bank and held senior leadership roles at YES Bank and Ananya Finance. He has extensive expertise in underwriting, P&L management, portfolio growth, and driving large-scale rural development programs. A postgraduate in Rural Development Management from XISS and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s Applied Finance program, he is known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong leadership.
