Structure of the Leadership Academy
The academy is co-created with our founders, Senior Management Team (SMT), and OD consultants. The program runs year-long, selecting 25-30 high-potential team members based on parameters set by the company. These candidates undergo intensive workshops totaling up to 15 days spread across the year, divided into four workshops of three days each, conducted quarterly.
Our Leadership Academy is designed to shape the future leaders of HMPL, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead with confidence and integrity. We are excited about the positive impact this will have on our organization and the broader community.
