A retired Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank, Mr. Nagaraja brings a wealth of experience spanning various domains, including Credit Administration, Credit and Operational Risk Management, Foreign Exchange, Inspection and Audit, as well as the Management of Regional Rural Banks and Merchant Banking.

During his distinguished service, he held the position of Managing Director at PNB Capital Services Ltd., a Merchant Banking and NBFC subsidiary of Punjab National Bank, for approximately four and a half years. Mr. Nagaraja's expertise extends to his active involvement in Committees and Working Groups established by the Reserve Bank of India and the Indian Banks' Association. His extensive background and insights contribute significantly to the governance and strategic direction of the organization.
