Meet Mr. Satishkumar Rao, a seasoned banker with over 20 years of leadership experience across renowned institutions such as Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, YES Bank, and United Overseas Bank, Singapore. Recently transitioning into an entrepreneurial role, Mr. Rao is actively involved in nurturing the ecosystems of four different organizations spanning Human Resources, Microfinance, Rural Employment, and Social Learning domains.

Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship, Mr. Satishkumar Rao has embraced this role to influence and impact communities, particularly focusing on the young, underbanked, and rural populations of our country.

In his corporate journey, he has held significant roles, serving as the Head of Technology & Operations for United Overseas Bank, President & Country Head for Financial Markets Operations at YES BANK, and contributing to the startup team at HDFC Bank. Notably, as the President & Country Head for Financial Markets Operations at YES BANK, Mr. Satishkumar Rao played a key role in the bank's growth story, holding various leadership positions for nine years.

A postgraduate from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies with a Masters in Financial Management, Mr. Rao is recognized as one of the country's top leaders in Banking Operations. Beyond his professional pursuits, he engages as a visiting faculty and speaker at various forums, passionately sharing his expertise.
